What 7 hours at Gap entails…
November 4, 2007I'll be standing and running around for three hours and thirty minutes straight during which time I'd feel exhausted. I'll have a thirty minute break wherein I can eat, but rather than relaxing, I'll be fidgeting and constantly checking my watch — I wouldn't want to be late when I punch in! I'll then rush back to the store, punch in, and resume my duties. The store closes at 5 on Sundays, so I'll be consumed with folding, returning clothes, and sizing for the last two hours.
Yes, I really DO earn my paycheck.
