October 28, 2007I'm supposed to be studying right now, but instead I watched Apocalypto at Noel's place with Jenn and Noel. It was a really good movie! I was worried there mightn't be a story, but there was. A really good one.
Voice lessons today wasn't so good, but Andrei checked "Excellent" anyway. I was too sleepy. Heh. Oh well! Add to that the fact that Andrei wants April and me to add another practice day. It's off the clock so we're not paying extra. He just loves music and teaching so much that he's getting excited over the prospect of six different kinds of Ave Marias being sung. He picked a good selection too!
I get Schubert, Caccini, and the version from Notre Dame de Paris. April's getting Gounod and who knows who else! Andrei says it's for a Christmas concert. I don't know where though.

October 6, 2007I was supposed to work out with Winchi today, but she's got a midterm. Noel just called though — they're planning to eat an early dinner then head over to the Sea Lounge for Jessica's birthday. I'm not sure if I'm going to the Sea Lounge since I'm out of cash (there's a cover charge and I think I'll have to pay for my own drinks), but I definitely need the dinner out!
If ever, I'll just eat then ask to get dropped off near a subway station if not in my house.
Just in case, I'll get dressed for the occasion though. I might change my mind, and I DO know I need to unwind. A fun night of drinking with friends might do the trick!
